PAYMENT METHOD

All orders can be carried out by Internet. You can choose between two methods of payment:
A. By credit card via a safe payment service (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover )
B. By bank transfer; in which case you have to send us the receipt of transfer to our account number by fax (+34 934 851 734) or by mail. Orders carried out through ‘bank transfer’ will be cancelled if payment is not effective within five days.
Once payment has been confirmed, we will begin to prepare and administer your order.

PRICES AND RATES

The prices indicated on Hommu.com and invoiced to the client include all current taxes. Please, if you are making a purchase from outside of Spain, make sure your country does not include other tax costs.

DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE

Hommu products are sent between 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of payment.
Inexact information in your bill can delay the delivery of your order. Please, make sure the address you specify is the correct one. If you see an error, notify us immediately at hello@hommu.com. Try to indicate an address where there is someone to receive the package. If nobody is there at the moment of delivery our transporter will leave a delivery note and try to get into contact with you by telephone to arrange a new delivery.
The delivery times indicated are oriental and Hommu will make all efforts to respect them. Nevertheless, delay will not imply the cancellation of your order or any indemnification. Any penal clause for lateness introduced by the Client in his order will remain ineffective due to the application of present sales conditions.

Many times we produce vinyl specifically to order. This way the product arrives ‘fresher’ to your home. If we do not have everything in stock, once your order has been made effective through the form, we will get in contact with you to confirm delivery times.
The delivery will be considered done one the product has been placed in the hands of the Client by the transporter and the person receiving it has signed for receipt. It is up to the person receiving the package to verify the products are correct and to make all the qualifications and claims that may be justified.
If the products delivered do not conform to the nature or quantity specified on the delivery invoice, the Client should make a claim within the next 48 hours following delivery. The deliveries will be made with the costs the responsibility of the Client, whenever there are no circumstances stated that imply free delivery.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Hommu.com will only deliver orders whose destinations are to be found in the list of supplied countries on the table below. The calculation of costs of delivery is done automatically in terms of what the orders consist of and depending on their weight-volume ratio.
ZONES 1 and 2:  Spain (peninsula)
ZONE 3: Spain  (Balearics, Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla)
ZONE 4: Portugal (except Azores and Madeira)
ZONE 5: Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom
ZONE 6: Austria, Azores, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Madeira, Sweden.
ZONE 7: Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland.
ZONE 8: Andorra, Albania, Byelorussia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Macedonia, Russia, Turkey.
ZONE 10: The United States. 
ZONE 11: Argentina, Chile, Mexico.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Please, before returning the product, pay close attention to our return policy to make sure you meet the conditions we ask in order to change or return a product.

IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

If the package arrives in a bad state, damaged, etc, you should notify the logistics company that delivered it, on delivery. Any claim made on any damage which is not visible at first sight should be directed to the logistics company within two days of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make any claims to the logistics company when it comes to these kinds of damages. Hommu will do everything it can to resolve any problem that might arise in the best way possible. If you need to return a product to Hommu, please, re-wrap it to protect the packaging as much as possible (we recommend you use bubble-wrap or something similar) and contact us by email at hello@hommu.com.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the costs involved in the administration of an order and bank commissions we cannot refund money. If the client does not wish to change his vinyl for another at that moment, a voucher corresponding to the value of the purchase will be made to be used for any future purchase from Hommu.com.
If there is an error in delivery or the product is faulty, the return costs will be the responsibility of Hommu®*. The replacement of defective goods will take place as soon as we are notified by the client with no cost through the logistic operator employed.
If the client is not satisfied with the products acquired from Hommu®, they may change them within seven days, counting from the receipt of the product, with the cost of replacing the defective product with a new one (if that is what the client wants) the responsibility of Hommu.

Please, make sure the product you return meets the following requirements:
  • It should be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect conditions, both content and packaging.
  • it should contain all the items that make up the piece: parts, accessories, instructions…
  • In the case of clothing, we will not accept items that have been washed or subject to any other treatment.
  • You should keep the original ticket.
  • Returns and/or replacements take place as soon as Hommu has confirmed the state of the product and within 15 days following the return delivery date.
  • You should include a copy of the invoice and order number when you send us your return.
